Payment

Fat Cat Art Studio provides your company with a PDF invoice via email. Payment is expected within 30 days of receipt.

Fat Cat Art Studio also accepts payment via PayPal. (You may use major credit cards through PayPal without having an account.)

You may contact me through email or my website. If you prefer to speak with me in person, I would be glad to talk with you!

The easiest way to get started, is by going to my “Work with Lisa” tab and filling out your request online.
I will get back to you within 2-3 business days. We will discuss your project needs and provide you with a custom quote as needed.

After we confirm that working together is a good fit and you have approved the estimate and read my terms of service,
I will invoice you for one-third of the estimated cost of your project via Paypal as a downpayment.

Copyright

Once you receive your final digital files from Fat Cat Art Studio, you own the copyright.

If you have provided photos or images to implement into other designs, you are responsible for complying with appropriate usage and license agreements.

All designs are meant to be used by one individual or company. You may not copy.

Credit

You agree that Fat Cat Art Studio may use your design projects in its own promotional material either online or in print.

Liability

Fat Cat Art Studio, LLC is not liable for design or other alterations made by another party. Fat Cat Art Studio, LLC does not guarantee success or sales.

Refunds

If you have paid your deposit before work has begun, and need to postpone or cancel your project, I will offer a refund, minus PayPal fees.
